To keep the noise level low and maintain the quality of startuphubs, creating a custom hub is currently an invite-only option similar to the ability to list startup services.
Follow these steps to create and manage your own hub after signing up and logging in.
1. Navigate to Settings ⇒ Account or go to account settings or the hub index page
2. Click on "Create New Hub" button
3. Specify the name of the hub you'd like to create
4. The "Create New Hub" button will change to "Hub Request Pending" while the request is pending approval
5. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation to the email address on your account
6. You will now be able to create a new hub by clicking on the "Create a new Hub" from the hub index page and following the wizard
